簡(jiǎn)歷: |
陳實(shí),男,特聘副研究員。主要從事加速器物理相關(guān)的研究,使用分子束外延(MBE)和脈沖沉積設備(PLD)在多種襯底上生長(cháng)單晶外延氧化物薄膜,并利用同步輻射光電表征手段對薄膜材料的結構和電子態(tài)表征進(jìn)行多角度的原位表征,在深入理解原理的基礎上構建高性能的功能薄膜器件,相關(guān)工作發(fā)表在Science Advances,PRB等期刊上。現參與國內能量最高的6MV加速器質(zhì)譜的籌備建設,并初步開(kāi)展10Be、26Al定年相關(guān)工作。
