亞太地區同位素水文學(xué)培訓班開(kāi)班

由國際原子能機構（IAEA）主辦的亞太地區“同位素技術(shù)在水文循環(huán)研究中的應用”初級培訓班于2021年8月23日上午正式開(kāi)班。該培訓班是IAEA亞太地區國際合作項目“提升在地下水資源管理中同位素技術(shù)利用的區域能力”（RAS7035，2020-2023）的一項活動(dòng)。開(kāi)班式由項目牽頭國協(xié)調員、IAEA水資源項目技術(shù)合作中國協(xié)調員、我所龐忠和研究員主持。在國際原子能機構代表S.Kumar博士，培訓班承辦方、馬來(lái)西亞國家協(xié)調員、馬來(lái)西亞原子能研究院M.Samuding博士分別致歡迎辭之后，龐忠和作了關(guān)于RAS7035項目進(jìn)展和此次培訓班情況的主題報告。
龐忠和對亞太區域合作項目RAS7035的背景、目的、實(shí)施方案作了介紹。本項目聚焦在地下水污染管理問(wèn)題上。龐忠和在報告中回顧了同位素水文學(xué)及其在亞太地區應用進(jìn)展，著(zhù)重介紹了中國同位素水文技術(shù)進(jìn)步及其在典型地下水盆地應用成果，并指出中國與IAEA在水資源領(lǐng)域的合作很有成效。同時(shí)表示，多年來(lái)的亞太區域合作項目對于該地區水資源領(lǐng)域多邊和雙邊合作均有推動(dòng)作用。中方愿意與區域伙伴進(jìn)一步分享相關(guān)技術(shù)成果，提高地下水資源可持續管理水平。
龐忠和接著(zhù)對本次培訓課程設計作了說(shuō)明。此次培訓班是RAS7035項目的活動(dòng)，是一個(gè)面向初學(xué)者和年輕人的同位素水文學(xué)初級班。該項目還計劃了高級班，在11月份舉辦。培訓班立足于介紹同位素在水循環(huán)研究中應用的基礎知識和基本原理。希望學(xué)員對同位素水文學(xué)有一個(gè)全面初步概念。認識同位素技術(shù)在地下水調查研究中方面的應用。也希望通過(guò)這種方式，加強RAS7035項目參加國團隊之間的交流與合作。為實(shí)現RAS7035項目的目標服務(wù)。本次培訓班為期5天，2021年8月23日至27日。由于疫情原因，本次培訓班采取線(xiàn)上形式進(jìn)行。
正式受邀參加培訓班的學(xué)員共29人，來(lái)自亞太地區11個(gè)國家。在開(kāi)班儀式前學(xué)員們分別作了自我介紹。
開(kāi)班式之后，培訓課程正式開(kāi)始。IAEA邀請的講課老師分別是來(lái)自科威特科學(xué)研究所水資源部的Chidambaram Sabarathinam博士和來(lái)自巴基斯坦核科學(xué)技術(shù)院的Manzoor Ahmad Choudhry博士，在同位素水文學(xué)領(lǐng)域理論研究和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗豐富。上午完成的第1-3講的主題是：水循環(huán)、地下水系統、環(huán)境同位素的基本概念。
